I actually live just 1 km from where that new road will pass through. Fantastic project that shows authorities are really awake to the benefits of Concrete v Asphalt in terms of slightly increased initial outlay versus very expensive long term maintenance costs. Edencrete in the long run will only strengthen this equation (pun intended!).
I doubt there will be any Edencrete in this job. Just a bit too soon! Let's conquer the US market first.
