Stop deflecting from the bad news by the old "I told you so"

End of the day, no announcement would have been better than an announcement of failure. Share holders have no excuse to say they have not been informed of failures along the way when the product ultimately doesn't meet performance criteria (i.e. it is over-hyped and it ends up sound like a speaker inside a tin can).

I want to see some bloody evidence. Even a photo of a test bench... something.
