too many retail holders for my liking (with mbl "aiding" clients to take profits imo) so I'm out for the time being and will look at entering again when they do something tangible other than push pens around. I don't mind paying a bit more as long as they are doing something on the ground which won't happen until they purchase the properties which could take another 6 months for all we know as they gave no time guidance for this other than to say negotiations have commenced.
