    Shock resignation/dumping of CEO, Richard Seville without an adequate explanation - he made this company & it was his baby - has the whole thing gone pear-shaped - he still has an awful lot of shares/conv notes.
    Was the Sept quarter cashflow report the hint of big troubles here? - it looked a shocker & I'm beginning to think it was.
    Can't understand why he would leave at this stage if things were OK.
