We are at bargain basement prices and needing money, so these wall street types see an opportunity. Probably a win win with a JV and they could get a large stake in the company and provide some capital.

These guys are also exploring land next to 2 of my other holdings (US) and promoting DLE and ion exchange in a low water environment.

The other point is BLTH is being advised by one of the founders of Lilac (do your own homework, pretty sure no longer at lilac), guess who is next door to XTC???
