Doc, About 6 or 7 years ago I was in the same boat as you are now, maybe abit worse off than you. bbm is dead right learn from your mistakes I call mine from the early days my apprenticeship fee's. Another one I use is stoploss but I word it different I drum into my head preserve capital on ever trade it sounds better and feel's better when one doesn't work out, I perserved my capital not stopping more losses. This business can beat you up mentally.
