You should keep your mine open to the possibility that the housing market will crash at worst and maybe soften at best. I am a property investor but haven't bought for a while and I'm sitting to see what happens. Remember that the US and the UK have been devastated. We don't have the sub-prime issues here but we are not really that different from the UK market from what I can see. Our economy is more robust so I don't think we will see as much devastation but there could well be a correction.
