    This is a classic example of a Text-book Economist flailing about in the market.

    The guy has never invested in property in his life. So should we be surprised that his predictions are now being seen for what they are-utterly ludicrous?

    Not really.

    No wonder his wife left him...for a Real Estate Agent I heard.
