Before you start slapping those gums together, listen and learn.
Power generation in Toronto is supplied by:-
55% Nuclear.
24% Hydro.
8% Wind.
4% solar.
The batteries are needed to back up Hydro, Wind and Solar.
Summer Hydro is limited.
Solar in the winter is next to useless.
Wind is intermittent all year.

Maybe Bowen and Albanese need to look at the subsidy scheme the Canadians are using.
It must be a whole lot more efficient than the promised $275 our prices were supposed to come down.
