If they do cap raise the sp will fall - hopefully temporarily. I'd love to retain 100% of SdV but with US$100m for the 1st small phase I think a JV might be the play. My feeling is get the bloody thing going - it's been with us for years and not much has been done with it. To get it up and running just as the gigafactory sucks in more of the worlds Lithium would be great. The longer we wait the more time competitors have to set up.
