I am hungry for information, especially re OXY, and the market has clearly lost patience.

Have you spoken to the company recently? I agree that there should be more update information coming in respect to Oxy for all to benefit, but when I spoke to them fairly recently, the plan was to begin a short single-dose, followed by multi-dose trial in December, however, more likely if closer to Christmas that this would begin early January instead. Phase 3 trials still on track to begin 1st quarter 2012 but I wouldn't be surprised if it's pushed back to Q2. There was no indication of any further issues, just lengthy tests for the selection of the final formula to be used, remembering that this is the formula they hope to use for Phase 3.
