I agree we should be updated by QTK. The time is now right. An email to the company may be warranted!! However, directors are not really concerned about the short term movement of the SP - and rightly so.
If APEX have a longer term view they would not be concerned at all by the current SP. As you say they obviously know something we don't and are not troubled by the concerns shown by many Aussie investors and echoed on the various forums.
The true value of a company (short/medium/longer term) is not always the value attributed by the market at the moment.
