I tend to agree Fang. Certainly lots of scenarios will be in play now, this offer is perhaps only a start to a scrap over value, but a deal will get done in the end, the immediate offer does not look like it has the legs to get up just yet. Good thing for both MIS and MMX shareholders is that the bun fight over value and how the mix settles will have no negative impact on SP. Unlike what would occur if they continued to battle each other over delivery/infrastructure issues. Unless of course they hammer each others resource/recovery numbers and stuff us all up.
