    Please share your Ideas on this,

    On the page 25 section 7.2B(Entitlement Offer)  it is stated:

    (b)  "NMDC  has  submitted  the  required  notification  with  FIRB, however there  is  no  guarantee  that  FIRB  will  provide  the  requisite approval for NMDC’s participation in the Offer."

    How come  a capital rise announcement gets it green light from ASX, while the major shareholder participation is in doubt? Has this been implemented intentionally ?

    And


    Q/A on part 1 ,section 6a - Appendix 3B ;released on Tuesday (yesterday) is referring to" Placement resolution" dated  22/08/2019, is that referring to the 10% placement resolution ? How  LCY  turned this into +500% placements resolution , By saying  "YES"?when did we vote "Yes" to 5 billion share issue,in which AGM?
