Hi D1326 - with the above comment - do you have a specific past situation in mind when making this statement? Also have you ever had any direct dealings or conversations with Dale Rogers?
In my view the logical place to start with the concerns you have would be to speak to the company. I don’t share the same level of concern you do and have not spoken to them.
In my view they need funds. They’re not in any position to get bank financing. Any goldstream type of funding deal would be weighted strongly in favour of the provider. Convertible notes are also an expensive funding option.
If they can get an underwritten rights issue away it let’s all shareholders participate. It’s not a good situation at all but I’ve yet to hear a sound alternative being presented both for funding and for the board.
