Last year's CR was deceptive in nature...we had to commit without knowing the share price EXCEPT for the private Placement people which illegally included his family...didn't that concern you that the chairman would have his family participate when it was illegal. ASIC were involved and disallowed their participation but he arrogantly just passed a resolution to allow it. That was proof to me that our chairman was not a man of integrity and was not acting in the best interests of shareholders.
THIS YEAR Reckless unnecessary spending....no updates....the con note suddenly not covered...a director resigns...we go into suspension .......now the CR and it all makes sense.
We are all going to lose the MAJORITY of our investment anyway and so if his dishonesty can be proven it is only fair that he is made to pay .
With him at the helm we are all going to be constantly worrying about his next act of deception.
It doesn't matter at this stage if his replacement is not as good a miner but if he is honest and diligent and acts in the best interests of shareholders then we are surely much better off.
Also the company will not go into VA as we all know that they are raising extra money for working capital. His replacement will have to do a CR but it will be acceptable if it is not so highly dilutive and maybe another chairman will be able to raise a loan as well.
I would like to see what someone with INTEGRITY can do with this asset
