Great work flyboy....the capital raising is not just a breach of directors duties but also unconstitutional.
I am fairly convinced now that Jamie Cullen's resignation was to do with "other things" and not just related to not extending the con. note . Also because of the duplicitous nature of our chairman and board this resignation also needs to be investigated by ASIC.
