I think most shareholders are aware now that our directors are not acting in our best interests and I don't think we can wait around for ASIC to act. We need shareholders with 5% of votes (shares) to hold a meeting to seek their removal and then I think they can be removed by an ordinary resolution which is 50% . We will probably have to pay to organize this as they will not cooperate. So we only need around 50 million shares. I have about 5.5 m and so please come forward with your numbers
Are there any shareholder support groups that can help us with this?
Once they have more ownership of the company we will not be able to do this and so we must do something urgently.
Anyone with any ideas or contacts.
We could set up an email address...any gmail account would do and shareholders could come in with their ideas and numbers.
Please do something as this is our last chance
