I am in the over 65 bracket and what I lose I can never make up again and this is not the first time that I have been shafted by dishonest directors.
I came on board when Dennis Clark was CEO and I felt that he was honest as I don't invest in specs unless I feel the directors are honest. However Dale Rodgers removed the founding director and made himself both CEO and chairman which shows how little he cares for good corporate governance.
These guys have inside info as directors that is why they are supposed to have a fiduciary duty of care to their shareholders and why there are rules/guidelines in the company's constitution to protect shareholders rights.
Surely everyone will agree that the structure/basis of this CR is a BLATANT abuse of both the Corporations Act and our own constitution.
