I am also a disappointed holder of this company and would be interested in any feedback you could post. I gave up contacting the company a while back as I only received optimistic scenarios that didn't eventuate.
However there have been changes since then and hopefully for the better. The market they are in is booming and they should do well if they could get their act together.
