I held shares in a company called signature metals (SBL) very under the table dodgy take over from lion gold!! Worse thing is directors allowed it to happen all the while the shareholders got shafted... I am astonished to read directors of CGT are in favor of this, to which IMO LG do not have mining experience or leadership, they do not have cash in bank to propose a proper cash for shares take over!! If you like go read posts on SBL thread... Best of luck...
