Have a look at what they were promising 5 years ago, 4 years ago, 3 years ago, 2 years ago, 1 year ago... then decide how seriously to take what they are promising now. Given a perfect track record of not delivering on their promises, I have a pretty heavy leaning about what to expect from their current promises.
