David Mills, the USyd guy, yeah he's very good, they, along with Collins I think, had this stuff going for years and years, there was some interest from Japan ages ago, but they didn't run with it. He saw it was inevitable, we used to scratch our heads thinking why isn't industry taking this up here? Guess it was the domestic Coal industry, very cheap power until now, the ETS should if it's enabled, make solar thermal even more appealing, cheers.
