    Unfortunately, the 'wrong' pipeline is being built, the one with least upside and potential. Here in the NT Giles is being attacked for 'selling out the Territory' and is saying that despite his pleas the Feds wouldn't provide any Northern Development funds so he really had no choice but to take the only deal on the table.
