PLA is back on my watchlist, but only to test a theory, ie a personal theory that from a long term perspective it may indeed be currently undervalued and one of the few south african PGM producers to thrive over coming years. I don't actually have the funds to buy them so am just an interested spectator atm.

I also believe in the short term they could move lower (as could PGM prices)...but again i am taking a long term perspective.
