What makes you think that they are related? is this just a gut feel?
Personally I cant see any relation between the article and what is going on at PRR, except the mention of Gardasil (which Prof frazer invented, not PRR). I think the two elements (ie MR stepping down as chairman, article on Corizon) are unrelated and mutually exclusive.
Its easy for us to get excited about things that 'may' be related or 'must' be the cause, but we also need to rationalise things based on what we 'actually' know.
