    Price is the same, except for existing shareholders it is a 4 for 7, raising $300M odd and for the public it is an application with only $40M available. Also have a look at SVW where at the time of merger stock was around $6 and now it is hovering around $9. Maybe we only need patience for this new beaut arrangement to play out. IMHO.
