There are so many companies playing word games with their announcements these days that you have to take them with a grain of salt!
If you queried Rubicon on this apparent furphy they would probably say that "well, we did not lie, we are able to maintain distributions at current levels into the future, it is just that by doing it we would be broke by the end of the year, but hey that is still in the future isn't it?"
