Gordon Fel owns Nil. Zip. Nada. He sold them all to Allco and got a lot of cash and AFG shares to boot.

That happened in Dec 07 and he only just reported the change in ownership in the week before the results were released. That is the case for all the Rubicon truts REU, RAT and RJT.

I bought shares a few weeks ago thinking that they would not go much lower because Gordon Fell owened a lot.

Surely he has deceived the market and there is an action against him.

Any one else in the same situation?
