    Is this issue price of 40.5 cents an unfriendly gesture towards Hanlong?
    Your new major shareholder has just bought roughly 20% of your company at about 44cents, and then you issue shares at a discount rate of 40.5 to another insto. I can't see how Hanlong would be pleased by this.
    This begs the question, is Hanlong hostile towards Sundance?
