I am a green O&G trader despite a 2 years riding of stock.
Dexter1 we would appreciate your eloquence! In the meantime, here is a quote from his 22 dec posting:
"If the geological/technical properties are similar at both the 201 and 202 locations, then one can expect 202 to have similar production test results (from the Upper B-18) to 201. 201 was perforated over 7m interval while 202 was perforated over a 5m interval."
At the very least we can confidently say
- as off a few weeks we will save x on production costs because of newly commissioned gas plant - Oakley is now 3/4 of the way to being derisked, with one bonanza well, then a second one flowing at commercial rates.
I am looking at a SP target multiple of current peddly one.
