"100% owned Nachu graphite project in democratic and politically stable Tanzania "
Now I am wondering if this statement is incorrect, or possibly misleading or am I just very confused.
The reason I ask is that I was of the understanding that we had signed an MDA or something that gave 5% of the project as free carry to the Tanzanian govt so I was wondering how we own 100% of it and it and the govt owns 5%, think they also have the right to Aquire another 10% or something
Now it's been at least 5yrs since I graduated from kindergarten but I thought the two added together should equal 100%, not 105%.
So now I am really struggling with the rest of the numbers in the BFS, do they represent the 105% or only the 100% that we supposedly own, or was that 95%.
Hope some of the "mathematic" types can help.
Thanks

The free carry refers to a share of profits not ownership, i.e the Tanzanian govt don't have voting rights on the project.
You are doing nothing to convince us you are out of kindergarten yet, but you keep giving it a red hot go. I like a trier.
