dingo, with all due respect I too do not see a clear connection between CXA & Chi-X which is an exchange & not into manipulation of specific stocks.
What you have provided is pure speculation & does not link in with anything in the urls provided.
Not Concerned, Manipulation of Stocks is happening across the board.
