G'day Lev. Okay - I admit to having some of my tongue in my cheek as I wrote that.

The simple point I was trying to make is how long it takes anything that's new and medically related to get accepted in the US market as ridiculously slow. I don't know whether the product (or doctor) highlighted in the "linked" story is good, bad or otherwise ... but it suggested how the FDA is subservient to big Pharma...and probably loads of other lobbyists!

As for my comment on the "insolvency" bit in relation to PEB & CDY...if it wasn't for their ongoing equity raisings...they would be insolvent! I'd be surprised if either company could raise any debt....due to lack of tangible security.
