    Has anyone seen the last 5 QTK's announcements?

    These company's of Pallister and Unterwager were set up in 2004.

    Have the directors been forced to declare their previuosly 'hidden' holdings?

    Why?

    This seems very sneaky in my opinion. Why was the market not informed of these holdings back when Pallister brought QTK out of administration.
