    So it appears that between the two of them they indirectly owned the company, UFS interactive, and were not prevoiusly aware or alert to it. Hell, If I was indirectly involved in owning 50% of a company I'd sure know it, whether it was direct or indirect.
    I am amused at how they each came to realise this at the same time.
