In addition to this gag order there is Clause 13.2 No-Shop and 13.3 No-Talk, which prohibits the Board and MD from looking for a better deal for its Shareholders. The moment that the Board and MD agreed to this they lost their ability to fully support the Shareholders and should have submitted their immediate resignation.
