Hi All,

How long can a company continue on raising bits and pieces for "due dilagence" without informing shareholders of their direction.

It seems monies are being raised simply to maintain the pay of the directors etc, meanwhile dilution in the extreme continues and we as shareholders can not make these guys accountable for

1 Not disclosing their plans
2 Any plans disclosed always seem to be called "due dilagence"
3 Siphoning off funds for what really does seem a jolly good ride for no output!

C'mon fella's, enoughs enough. Talk to the shareholders about all this due dilagence. Feed back please.
