Is this Liu Han round 2 for SDL

For this simple investors (like me) I'd appreciate the opinions of the clever ones on this subject please.

Most mum, dad and the simple investors expereinced or heard about the Hanlong saga yet Sundance has again jumped in bed with a solo player Ukrainian billionaire Gennadiy Bogolyubov. Who's to say (and i suspect no-one) this wont be another dis-appointment, if it was that good wouldnt we have a RIO or Glencore all over us.

Im sure there are many investors asking this question?
