    Why would they? If they could become instant millionaires and walk away?
    NXR owns 40% of WBT.
    WBT owns the technology. They are free to do with it what they wish.
    If they sell it to a third party for a bucketload, NXR will receive 40% from the bucket and that's the end of the story.
