I for one am positive.
Every ann since WBT involvement reeks of confidence and forward vision with one exception. That ill written piece that should be broomed off to distant past as an error .....we all make em.

With time ticking its logical they need to act now without delay to maintain belief and create momentum. Irrespective of indie testing its now that moving forward is warranted. Much funding and effort has been expended on getting ready for the inevitable aquisition,  including sales of mining assets which l suspect further devolution may be forthcoming on Monday. IMO.

As mentioned by @FullMoonFever we have extended loans to WBT to further R&D. I consider that even if NXR only went to 51% and from my understanding there is no reason to think this cant occur, the tech becomes NXR. But in reality completion is the optimal position for all concerned. Im sure arrangements have been made for the anticipated step asides, that the current delays could have added to tensions. (IF ...There is or was any)

On another note maybe there is a TO on table? I doubt it but probable.

In all respects we will know by Monday at 10am EST.
