ROC is going to head in one direction and this is up. ML has been manipulating the market, as have others.
The most obvious example was when some warrants were due a couple months ago and sp was knocked to 2.80. Some smart money jumped on at this point.
ROC seems to be hitting the Radar in teh UK coupled with good production increases, and Angola - will be past $4 in next 3 wks
