abuman, I strongly agree. I started accumulating ROC from early to late March, it was very obvious a large player was at work manipulating the SP holding it down. Very frustrating to see many other oilers rebound after the late feb market plunge, but not ROC!

Almost all trades each day were churn by the one entity......it did appear to be for the purpose of buying......they took the hand brake off with the Frankland news and looked to be again working SP over about a week ago.

It was a relief to see the merrill 'change in holding' statement come out to confirm my thoughts and to put a name to the player......and with ROC having a great exploration program coming up, all quite obvious to see why.

ROC is not the only mid cap oiler being manipulated the same way, over similar time frame, and for the same reasons..........
