NRO Again you are wrong and you put forward nothing to substantiate anything you say here. Shenghe paid 30 mill for the lot. Its all public. As to the ownership, its a web of small island Carribean companies but at the end of the day Shenghe controls it.
The plant is state of the art, it works and is working. The MP ore, and state of the art plant, makes excellent light REE products that are both cheaper and better than Kvanefjeld is capable of competing with. Shenghe bought MP it to be able to better control the Light REE market, which MP helps China to do. I would suggest that the reason for Shenghe's mild interest in GML and Kvanefjeld is only to be able to control it and its possible minor, if it ever gets built and in production, imact of the market and Shenghe wants to control any sort of impact, And what has it cost it to do so, less than 5 million. That's not even lunch money. And since that first small investment Shenghe has not put anther dollar in the company's shares. They passed on the last fundraising to raise working capital and I doubt they will invest any more.
Shenghe doesn't need lights REEs from Kvanefjeld, they just want to control it, and they already do.
GBB is absolutely correct, you would do well to listen to him since your research is so often wrong these days, and his is always correct. Maybe you could find a course for investors, sponsored by a brokerage firm would help to teach you how to do research. Just trying to offer a helpful suggestion.
