    if you do the numbers on this project - then consider the path to approvals and financing, and think about how the world is about to think about supply chain security, the answer should be pretty clear. If you just want to follow short term news flow and look at chart patterns you will miss what's going on here. But then I am a 3 year horizon investor so maybe we just view this differently
