And so, the lawyers, encouraged and fortified by an IMF or other Litigation Funder sure of a return, will prove beyond doubt that hundreds, nay thousands of canny investors made decisions to remain invested, some adding to their positions...such was the largesse applied to releases by and on behalf of the company.
