    Tabcorp would be crucified by its shareholders if it made a bid for UTB now.

    UTB was already trading on a high PE prior to today. If TAH were to take them over, they would have to sell their gaming machine monitoring business, which is what is supplying them with their growth at the moment.

    It ain't gonna happen.
