Firstly you should try more exotic meals rather than the boring roast and potatoes. Get a weight watchers reci. book and start from there.
With AMP it all depends on your time horizon. Some people trade for options that expire next week and some trade for other reasons. Depending on this there can be very diverse rec. on AMP. I hope it answers your question.
