Could be a bit of a wait to see if the company comes through with the big money & also that the technology does win out in the end - hard to tell what will happen but in the mean time BQT is constantly winning small contracts which will all add up to something when we eventually see some figures - can think of many worse shares to be in that plod around getting nowhere while using up your money so at least BQT is achieving things seemingly every week - interesting to see what the share price of this will be over the next few months or next year.....hard to think that far ahead in this game..
