Interestingly these seem to be the same priciples that the new BBBEE may work on being a Community Development Group rather than a straight up mining company.
What is interesting though is that IF such a groups balance sheet is reliant on larger company profits/dividends then why is it necessary to nationalise when such a model works for this BBBEE?
